What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us delete it. No dark patterns, no sold data.

What we collect
To fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, email address and, optionally, a phone number for the courier.
If you join the mailing list: your email address only.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell any data to third parties.

Why we hold it
Order data is held to fulfil the contract and to honour the two-year warranty. Accounting records are kept for the period Spanish tax law requires.
Mailing-list addresses are held until you unsubscribe, which is one click in every message we send.

Who else sees it
The courier receives the delivery address. The payment provider receives the amount and your billing details. Neither receives anything else.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@jandlwatches.com and we answer within thirty days, usually within one.
