Shipping and returns

Pieces ship within two working days of the reservation being confirmed and paid. Engraving adds three working days.

Every parcel is insured for its full value, tracked, and requires a signature on delivery.

Spain and Portugal: one to two working days. Rest of the EU: two to four. United Kingdom and Switzerland: three to five. Elsewhere: five to eight.

Duties are paid by us inside the EU. Outside it, they are collected at import.

Fourteen days from delivery, unworn, with the presentation case and rate card. Sizing the bracelet does not void the return.

We arrange collection at our cost inside the EU. Refunds reach the original payment method within five working days of arrival.

Photograph the parcel before opening it fully and write to service@jandlwatches.com the same day. We replace the piece and handle the insurance claim ourselves.
