Terms of sale

J&L Watches is a multi-brand dealer. We do not manufacture any of the watches listed here; brand and model names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the pieces we stock. We sell directly to the person named on the order.

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT for deliveries inside the European Union. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility unless stated at checkout.

Placing an order reserves the piece; it does not complete a sale. The contract forms when we confirm availability and you complete payment through the secure link we send.

If a piece sells to someone else before we confirm, we say so and offer the nearest equivalent or cancel the reservation at no cost.

Payment is taken by card or bank transfer through our payment provider. We never see or store full card details.

The piece ships only after cleared payment. Bank transfers typically clear within one working day.

You may return any piece within fourteen days of delivery, unworn and complete with everything it shipped with. We arrange and pay for collection within the EU.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here limits the statutory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence.
